Personal Info: Who am I (Ilse Van Criekinge, aka ivcrieki)?

Little things to bear in mind :-)
Okay, so a lot of people (or maybe just a couple) are interested to know who the "founders" are of Pro-Exchange.
So, here's as short "resume".

My name is Ilse Van Criekinge, born (Sep.1973) and raised in a very small town called Waarloos, that is located somewhere between Brussels and Antwerp.  These days I live together with my husband, Serge Marstboom (we're not married, but it sounds so silly to speak of a boyfriend at my age...), and our son Robin, in Merksem, Antwerp.
Went to school in Kontich, where I followed Latin-Sciences for six years, and then I went to the Antwerp Business School to get an Economics degree.  Graduated in 1996, and since then, I've been working at a lot of places.  Started out for a few months @ Interbrew, currently known as INBev.  But programming an AS400 using RPG wasn't so cool as it sounded when I applied for a job with them.  So my next stop was @ Telepolis, nowadays known as Digipolis.  It's there that I got to know Exchange! A great place to work and learn! Had great colleagues as well.  But after a few years, time was right to get on, and move to FleXcom, also known as Azlan, Tech Data, and nowadays it is Global Knowledge Belgium bvba.   Got the opportunity to dig into Exchange, MOM, Sharepoint and all that.  If you ever need a training, one place to go too: www.globalknowledge.be.
Next to training, I'm always in the mood to help you design, install, and/or troubleshoot your Exchange environment, so if you ever need an exchange hand, you know where to find me (ilse.vancriekinge@globalknowledge.be, or ilse.vancriekinge@pro-exchange.be)

Update MVP Award 2007 and 2008
April 1, 2007 I received an email with the following content:Congratulations! We are pleased to present you with the 2007 Microsoft® MVP Award! Your extraordinary efforts in Windows Server System - Exchange Server technical communities during the past year are greatly appreciated.
And April 1, 2008 I got this one: Congratulations! We are pleased to present you with the 2008 Microsoft® MVP Award! Your extraordinary efforts in Windows Server System - Exchange Server technical communities during the past year are greatly appreciated.

This MVP Award is valid for one year, so I will do my best to deserve the award again next year :-)

Update Speaker activities
For some reason I decided to participate with the Microsoft Speaker Idol contest in Barcelona 2007 @ IT Forum, and I won. Talking about the wonderful powerful Exchange Web service Autodiscover got me a speaker ticket to TechEd It Pro in November 2008. I've used that opportunity to deliver two sessions. One demo session about System Center Data Protection Manager 2007 and Exchange. If you 're looking for a fast and reliable backup tool for your Exchange server environment, please, have a look at DPM, it rocks :-) And then a Break-Out session about Exchange and Certificates. Certificates seem to be easy, but when troubleshooting quite a few Exchange deployments, it almost always comes back to the forgotten certificates :-)
Next speaking gig is @ TEC 2009 (The Exchange Conference), in Vegas and Berlin. Hope to see you there!
